i have purchased a refrigerator in august after 6 days the bottom door was unable to close, lodged a query the technicians came to fix, the put a whole with a *****driver and after some time it started not to close, lodged a query again no response till date no assistance ,this fridge is less than a month but it has so many issues .
very bad service i app**** for flisp last year October however i kept on following up they kept on requesting documents which i provided, made a follow up and no assistance was given they all are dropping call even the receptionist ,my application was only put on the system in July since October 2024 ,tried to follow up check to check how far is the application their consultants and the manager are not responding to the email when you call their line they just greet and hangup ,their service is very much terrible i would understand if it happened only once but this behavior happens all the time one tries to reach out to the business .
Good day ,I'm so disappointed as i have been struggling with an application for Flips the first application i did in October 2024 and i have taken from piler to post even today i don't know if my application is on the system or not ,i have called numerous times and been in contact with Claudia which however i still don't get assisted. i have been trying to call since Monday being put through for assistance, but no one is answering, today already i have called 4 times and the lady picks then hangup the call ,i would just like to get assisted with the application this unprofessional acts are not helping in any case
good day i have wrote a review previous week and i got feedback from snatcher that i will be refunded in 7 working days till today no refund or follow up email my query is still not resolved.
I'm very disappointed i have bought 2 products in February however only 1 product was delivered requested refund for the other item that was not delivered by till today nothing has been done ,while waiting for a refund i bought 2 items again 1 was delivered and the other item i still haven't received i spoke to a consultant requested for my banking details to do a refund nothing was refunded till this day i followed up but no response was given , i don't see myself buying anything from snatcher ever again
Hi ,I'm a customer that is so disappointed and angry, have upgraded my Data option with MTN service provider last month, the agreement was to give me monthly data of 2G but however I'm getting 250MB when I call the call Centre they keep on giving me different days to call back with no resolution and I will be billed for something that I'm not even using which is very unfair as i was mislead and no one is willing to assist :(
I’m very angry and frustrated right now regarding the poor service from cell c hollard insurance ,it’s been 2 months with no phone and I'm paying with no fail from the beginning of the contract .I went to a cell c store and as per the report there was a phone issued to me as they are unable to repair my device but till today this useless insurance doesn't want to help out. ,as I don't have any phone and I don't why they busy ducking and diving since last month .
