Dear Vodacom and Flook Teams,
I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from both Vodacom and Flook. Despite multiple attempts to contact your teams, I have received no feedback, no assistance, and no resolution to my issue.
I purchased shirts on the Vodabucks Store and received an SMS with a code to redeem on the Flook website. However, despite following the instructions exactly, the code does not work, and I am unable to redeem my purchases online. This is not only frustrating but also raises serious concerns about Vodacom and Flook issuing invalid or non-functional redemption codes. This situation feels misleading and completely unacceptable.
Adding to my frustration, neither Vodacom nor Flook has responded or provided assistance despite multiple attempts to reach out. The lack of communication and accountability is shocking, sending me emails telling me there is escalation but its going on for close to a month now.
I urgently require this matter to be resolved and expect immediate feedback. This level of service is unacceptable, and I will continue to escalate this matter until it is addressed.
Please respond without delay.
