I am highly disappointed with the service I’ve received from Flook. I returned three items on 23 October 2025, and despite sending multiple follow-up emails, I have still not received any refund or even a single response from their team.
It has now been weeks with no communication, no acknowledgment, and absolutely no effort from Flook to resolve this issue. This is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of customer care.
I expect urgent feedback, confirmation of my returned items, and immediate processing of my refund. I should not have to chase a company for basic service.
Flook – please attend to this matter as soon as possible.
