I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from both Vodacom and Flook. I have contacted Flook multiple times, and yet I have received absolutely no feedback, no assistance, and no resolution to my issue.
I purchased a shirt on the Vodabucks Store and received a SMS with a code to redeem on the Flook website.
Despite following the instructions exactly, the code does not work and I am unable to redeem my purchase online. This is incredibly frustrating and raises serious concerns about Vodacom & Flook issuing invalid or non-functional redemption codes. It feels misleading and completely unacceptable.
Adding to the frustration, neither Vodacom nor Flook has provided any response or assistance despite multiple attempts to get help. The lack of communication and accountability is shocking.
I urgently require this matter to be resolved and expect immediate feedback. This level of service is unacceptable , and I will continue escalating until the issue is addressed.
