On Monday 15th April 2019 I phoned Floors Direct in Alberton . I spoke to the "Manager" whose name is Rodgers . I complained that I had discovered a lump under the floors that had been laid in August 2018 . I had moved furniture and discovered it . It felt like a tool of some sort that had been left behind . Rodgers asked that the Invoice be emailed to him which was done immediately . It wasn't long thereafter and an email response was received from him informing that he would come and have a look the next day at 15:00 . At 16:00 the next day I phoned Rodgers as I hadn't heard from him . All he said was ooooo , he'd be at my home at 17:00 . He eventually arrived and had a look . Admitting it was Floors Direct problem he said he would be at my home to repair on Thursday 18th April at just after 12:00 . It is now 15:30 and I haven't heard anything and the phones are not being answered . This Rodgers obviously hasn't had the correct training to be a manager .
