Good day,
I recently visited DLTC Florida to renew my driver’s license after losing my original ID. According to the law, I am permitted to renew my license with an affidavit and a certified copy of my ID from SAPS.
However, the employee assisting me was rude and lacked basic courtesy in their interactions. Professionalism and respectful customer service should be a priority, but unfortunately, that was not the case during my visit.
Based on this experience, I will not be returning to DLTC Florida and would rather travel to the Free State, where service is handled with kindness and professionalism.
