Good day, I recently visited DLTC Florida to renew my driver’s license after losing my original ID. According to the law, I am permitted to renew my license with an affidavit and a certified copy of my ID from SAPS. However, the employee assisting me was rude and lacked basic courtesy in their interactions. Professionalism and respectful customer service should be a priority, but unfortunately, that was not the case during my visit. Based on this experience, I will not be returning to DLTC Florida and would rather travel to the Free State, where service is handled with kindness and professionalism.
I took out a legal policy with Clientele Legal in April. I asked for inception date of 1 May 2023, the next I see they deduct the premium from my account. This month the payment was deducted on the 24th and not the 25th of each month as originally arranged. I am cancelling my policy with immediate effect.
I went to shop at Clicks Parys on Sunday 4 December 2022. When I stood in line to pay for my stuff, the amount was R222. I gave the cashier R252 cash to pay for the stuff that I wanted to buy. He gave me only the receipt back but no change which should be R30 change. I asked him for the change and he said I gave him R222. I got quite upset and asked for the manager. The lady said they need to go cash up his till to see the amount on the float. By jove, I was right he owed me R30 change. To me as a customer this is theft, they apologised for the inconvenience but I am not going to leave it there. Consumers should know about this incident because imagine if he does this to other people, he is stealing the public's money. I hope that Clicks train their staff properly with honesty and integrity.
Thank you for awesome customer service every time I order a product! The staff are very friendly and helpful. You guys and girls rock! Thank you again, Charmaine
Very well presented and organised. All their training programs are interesting and will keep you busy for a long time. I enjoy it!
I went to eat and drink a glass of wine at Spur Parys today, 22 July 2019. I had 2 glasses of dry white wine when placing my order. The waiter didn't say which wines were available on the menu which I only found out about after I had to pay the account. This was R45. 90 per glass???????? When the waiter brought the cravat with the wine in it, it wasn't even a 250ml glass value. After complaining about it, he brought a little more, which was appreciative. I just find it astonishing that a waiter does not even know or had proper training to enlighten a customer on what wine will be served so that a person is aware of the account to be paid. I am just trying to make a point.
The food ordered at this wimpy was of poor quality. When we received our food it was not the same as on the menu. The sauces weren't the same either. Bad service was also the order of the day. You wait too long at the door to be seated. Once you seated the waitress forgets about you. No tip deserved here and I love to give tips. What a shame for such a chain of food restaurants. Very sad. Gone down the tube.
Our vehicle pulled into the Engen garage on the R59 at the blockhouse to put in petrol. The petrol attendants were busy changing shifts and they couldn't assist us because of the shift change. They were just standing around while people were waiting in the que for 20 minutes or more.

It is not our problem if the garage has a shift change that the petrol attendants stand around and talk to each other and take their time to serve the public. Not good customer service... There are people who DO WANT to work in S.A. Please get the bad attitude correct.

We don't owe these people anything, we all pull together to make S.A. work and give better CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
I was shopping in Mr Price, Sandton City on 20 April 2015 at 13:45 when I came out the fitting rooms. I suddenly slipped and fell on a wet floor that a floor attendant was busy washing.

I hurt my back and right hand, but did not go call the supervisor because of shock. I only spoke to the staff on the floor that were busy washing the floor. Then they shouted at each to bring the sign board and put this on the floor. Please can you ensure that your staff are trained PROPERLY to put up the yellow signs when they are washing the floors.

This is unacceptable that an adult can't think to put up signs when washing a floor in a retail store. What if an old lady or child broke their arm. Not good.

The relevant staff apologised but that is not good enough for me.

Thank you
Charmaine Gradidge
