There is a guy he calls himself Felix. You have to pay him an amount of money then he makes the earliest booking that you can get and pass you within 20 minutes. He takes your money then you don't even get a booking he takes your money and refuses to pay you back. He has people within the Florida DLTC who works under him to do his dirty work and until today I am waiting for my refund so that I can do my lisence In Pretoria, he refuses to take my calls and if he answers he has excuses upon excuses. How can such person works at DLTC Florida and refuses to pay the people back. Government should urgently look into DLTC Florida asap

Good day, I recently visited DLTC Florida to renew my driver’s license after losing my original ID. According to the law, I am permitted to renew my license with an affidavit and a certified copy of my ID from SAPS. However, the employee assisting me was rude and lacked basic courtesy in their interactions. Professionalism and respectful customer service should be a priority, but unfortunately, that was not the case during my visit. Based on this experience, I will not be returning to DLTC Florida and would rather travel to the Free State, where service is handled with kindness and professionalism.

There's syndicate, catel, mafias that scam clients their monies outside the gate. But they are working with Traffic department officials. BECAREFUL, don't allow anyone to assist from outside the gate. Don't take give out cash. Traffic departments prefer electronic payment and prefer it.. PLEASE PARK INSIDE THE BUILDING, and queue on your one. The queues are short, it is just that there driving instructors loitering in the building. Traffic Officials claim that this is happening outside and is non of their business, but is a cartel of traffic officials and criminals involved
