Discovery Insure is a ****

I was paying premium of no access and I called them to adjust my premium to a lower premium on 14 April 2023, were I am supposed to pay access amount of R4800. But 1st May 2023 Discovery Insure continue deducting a higher premium of no access. I am involved in accident on the 6 May 2023. When I claim they said I have to pay access. They are blaming me that I was supposed to alert them that the premium was not adjusted. Really 🥺??. They want to refund me after I lodge accident claim. It's fair to the customer?

Scammers in Traffic Departments

There's syndicate, catel, mafias that scam clients their monies outside the gate. But they are working with Traffic department officials. BECAREFUL, don't allow anyone to assist from outside the gate. Don't take give out cash. Traffic departments prefer electronic payment and prefer it.. PLEASE PARK INSIDE THE BUILDING, and queue on your one. The queues are short, it is just that there driving instructors loitering in the building. Traffic Officials claim that this is happening outside and is non of their business, but is a cartel of traffic officials and criminals involved
