I qualify to receive a 10% discount on 3 purchases (data, airtime, electricity) a month. On the 7th of April I purchased data, transaction went off of my account, yet my account was never credited. I subsequently made another purchase as I assumed it didn't go through. After checked my bank statement I saw both transactions did go off of my account. I contracted your team who refunded the money as per my request. I now have no more discounts to use. As per your representative, I spoke to on 12/04 @ +- 13:30 those 2 transactions have counted towards the 3 I qualify for in total. I find this pathetic as I never got the benefit of those 2 discounted transactions.
