Flow Living has been a great add on to our business. The staff are innovative, friendly and helpful. I love that they are open to bringing their creative ideas to add to our thoughts and ideas. I feel confident in recommending their service.

Obsessed with the team at Flow. It's not often you find a strong software that's backed by an efficient team willing to get you set up in no time! The property market has had it's ups and downs, but Flow has allowed for loads of high quality leads to come into the crm and help during our down times. Will recommend to all agencies & developers!

When I first joined flow it was great as the discounts offered were decent but now there are no discounts at all unless you are connected to your landlord. This doesn't help at all and I might as well Uninstall the app.

The Flow Living App started out really well. Good discounts on electricity, data and airtime, vouchers for grocery retailers and fast food outlets. Then they introduced a Pro Subscription which your Landlord had to subscribe to in order for you to get the discounts on electricity, airtime and data. Now they took that option away completely. I am ver6 disappointed about that because it really helped me to save money buying electricity. I found their customer service really good. They would respond quickly, even over weekends and they really made an effort to resolve any problems that I had experienced. I would not recommend this App because of the fact that they removed the discounts on electricity without any warning, they promoted vouchers for their own store which I didn't find useful and I don't find it worth it anymore.

I qualify to receive a 10% discount on 3 purchases (data, airtime, electricity) a month. On the 7th of April I purchased data, transaction went off of my account, yet my account was never credited. I subsequently made another purchase as I assumed it didn't go through. After checked my bank statement I saw both transactions did go off of my account. I contracted your team who refunded the money as per my request. I now have no more discounts to use. As per your representative, I spoke to on 12/04 @ +- 13:30 those 2 transactions have counted towards the 3 I qualify for in total. I find this pathetic as I never got the benefit of those 2 discounted transactions.

Have paid for electricity through the app twise now without generating a ticket.. Feedback and service is slow and not very helpful,. They gave me my code eventually, turns out to be the wrong code, thousands of Rands of money wasted as my meat and fridge items went bad because I was sitting without power. Onky responded with here is the correct code, our apologies, won't even consider doing anything extra. Would not recommend this App at all
