Vodacom Vodabucks are essentially a scam. There's no relevant items to be bought using Vodabucks. PicknPay Vodacom wiCodes vouchers were worth it, now it's been removed. It's just a waste of time to tap and play or shake and play since it's not worthwhile to collect Vodabucks anymore.
The Customer Service is definitely not up to standard. There are no personnel available when assistance is needed, however, the security guards are very quick to check a customer's bags and slip when walking out even though they see you coming from the till to the door. If any personnel are found, they just turn around and say it's not their department and walk away. They make no effort to find someone to assist. My parents have both had a pensioners card. My dad went to shop at Game today. His card was declined because it "expired". There is no expiry date on the card. How is this possible? Mary Makobela, Bela Mall Game Store, was supposed to assist my dad. Instead she told him to come back tomorrow. He is 72 years old. We do not live near Game. How do they expect such an old person to constantly drive up and down? He had to recomplete forms, go to town to take photos and go back to Game just to be told to come back tomorrow. This is unacceptable. Nowhere on the pensioners card is an expiry date. The first time when my parents applied, it was also an issue. They had to also drive up and down and it took over a month for them to get their initial pensioners cards. Game really needs to up their Service Delivery.
The quality of the service has definitely declined. I ordered usb fans which 1 doesn't work. Not sure how or even if it is worthwhile to return the item now. I ordered the item less than 3 months ago. The delivery times have definitely been extended. They are taking longer to deliver items. Drivers just deliver packages to anyone at the address instead of contacting the customer on delivery.
I am very impressed with the service of 4akid. Their pricing is very reasonable. My order was processed and sent very quickly. I'm very happy with my order of scratch art cards. I wish they would also sell the tools like the stylus necessary for finer details. Still really happy with my order. It's definitely worthwhile to purchase any of their items.

My mother has not been well. She fell and injured her wrist. When I went to the physiothe******, I was informed that her day to day benefits were exhausted and there isn't funds available to pay for the physiotherapy. I don't understand this as when I login to my GEMS account it shows that the day to day is exhausted, but there is over R2500 available for physiotherapy. Since when has physiotherapy been part of day to day? What else falls under day to day? Optical, Dentist, ???? I pay R4555.00 a month for medical aid. I don't understand why there's a reduction in benefits, but we pay more every year.
PicknPay Warmbaths has extremely poor service, from the cashiers to the management of the store. My parents are both pensioners aged 70 & 71 who struggle to see near without their glasses and have hearing problems. On Wednesday, pensioners discount day I go with to help them. The floor managers are so rude when coming to assist to give the discount that they refuse to let me help my parents when paying. This morning, 2021-09-30, my dad, 71 years old went to PicknPay Warmbaths and I gave him the Vodacom wiCodes vouchers to help him with the payment. The cashier, Elizabeth Sithole, told him he is giving her too much work and had the audacity to ask him where he got the vouchers from. He told her it is her job to assist him. The staff need to be trained in Customer Service so that they can provide proper service to all customers. This is unacceptable service especially from such a large business.
Impressed with the quick delivery of my parcel. It was a gift. The driver, Peter Seloko, contacted me after I had already left work. He waited for me so I could get my parcel. Very friendly. I would definitely recommend the Service of Fast and Furious Couriers. I have always received amazing service from them. Keep it up.
I , as well as many of my family members received R100 OnlyDayOnly vouchers from Vodacom all with the code VOD-100-PBY. I used mine. My dad asked me to use his using his account. On the 27th he received an email stating the order is cancelled because the voucher can't be used more than once. Firstly this was the first order he placed. Secondly the system allowed the voucher and the payment went through. Why give the same code to all the customers and now cancel their orders claiming the vouchers are not valid.
The Flow Living App started out really well. Good discounts on electricity, data and airtime, vouchers for grocery retailers and fast food outlets. Then they introduced a Pro Subscription which your Landlord had to subscribe to in order for you to get the discounts on electricity, airtime and data. Now they took that option away completely. I am ver6 disappointed about that because it really helped me to save money buying electricity. I found their customer service really good. They would respond quickly, even over weekends and they really made an effort to resolve any problems that I had experienced. I would not recommend this App because of the fact that they removed the discounts on electricity without any warning, they promoted vouchers for their own store which I didn't find useful and I don't find it worth it anymore.
