After ordering flowers on the 1st of April for delivery on the 3rd, I get the following email on the day of delivery at 13:00 ---------------------------------- Hi there
Please note we could not deliver the flowers today as the address is far from our routes .
Is there any alternative address close by or can we deliver on TUESADY .

No apology or helpful information. How am I supposed to know their routes? How am I supposed to fix their logistics problem?
In a subsequent email, they offered to "PUT AN EXTRA VALUE OF IT" if they could do it on Tuesday, still with no apology whatsoever.
