I ordered flowers from this company on Friday, with delivery for Monday. On Monday around noon, I tried following up with them and all I could get from a lady named Connie was "it's out for delivery ". When I saw that it's getting late and tried to make a follow-up, she blue ticked me and never responded to my questions or follow-ups. I think this is a **** and I paid a lot of money for the flowers.

After ordering flowers on the 1st of April for delivery on the 3rd, I get the following email on the day of delivery at 13:00 ---------------------------------- Hi there Please note we could not deliver the flowers today as the address is far from our routes . Is there any alternative address close by or can we deliver on TUESADY . Regards Connie ---------------------------------- No apology or helpful information. How am I supposed to know their routes? How am I supposed to fix their logistics problem? In a subsequent email, they offered to "PUT AN EXTRA VALUE OF IT" if they could do it on Tuesday, still with no apology whatsoever. Order number 36GZ09100

I placed an order on the 1stvof December, had to cancel on the 1st of December. I was told they would refund me as soon as money reflects in their account. I have emailed numerous times and called just as menny times. Still no refund and we are heading for the 18th of December. Disgraceful to say the least. I have asked to speak to the manager twice and was told they not available

I have purchased the 20 sunflower vase online for R884 to be delivered today to a family member. On delivery, there were only 14 sunflowers in the vase. This is false advertising and I will not recommend it to anybody to make an online purchase from this company. I was sad to find that corruption is flourishing in South Africa, even in larger businesses such as this one.

DISGUSTING SERVICE, FAILED TO DELIVER A FLOWER ARRANGEMENT BUT WAS QUICK TO TAKE MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT. THESE PEOPLE DO NOT RESPOND TO EMAILS. THEY ARE A BUNCH OF SCAMMERS. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEIR WEBSITE.
