They how they have stock of items after 2 weeks I followed up on my order to be told items were out if stock. Sent another option as replacmnt suggestion also going in stock. Was not in stock. Phoned held on for 17 minutes not a single answer.now waiting for refund. Horrid service
I have placed 2 orders in recent months and was disappointed both times. The 1st order was supposed to come with prosecco and was a surprise gift...which landed up being 2 deliveries instead.not a surprise at all. I then place an order for same day delivery which was delivered the next day! Very disappointing. I emailed a complaint and have had zero response to it.
The stitching on their clothing is atrocious! Every couple of months I need to return items that was not stitched properly costing me money and time. When you contact customer care you are told go in store and exchange. I expect Mr. Price to send a courier to collect this item and credit me. I am so tired of this. I have been a paying client for years now and this is how you treat your paying clients who help you keep your doors open. Disgusting
I placed an order on the 1stvof December, had to cancel on the 1st of December. I was told they would refund me as soon as money reflects in their account. I have emailed numerous times and called just as menny times. Still no refund and we are heading for the 18th of December. Disgraceful to say the least. I have asked to speak to the manager twice and was told they not available

I phoned the call centre a month ago to find out what my billing amount will be, I then disputed the amount and the dispute was escalated .its almost a month later and not a single person has contacted me to sort this out.<br> then I contacted the call centre 2 days ago to enquire if I can pre book my cellphone for my upgrade. the lady that assisted me was very helpful and escalated my request to the sales department and advised me that the sales team will contact me on the same day. it is now 2 days later and counting and still no call.<br> <br> it is disgusting that the call centre gives good service and the other departments don't bother doing their jobs.<br> unfortunately the call centre is the point of contact and gets the brunt of upset customers.<br> <br> <br> I hope that my complaint will get my issues resolved and that Telkom will open their eyes and grab the guilty departments by the scruff of their necks to improve their service
I was phoned 2 month ago and asked to upgrade credit card. I asked that it be del to my branch.they had a courier phone me wanting to drop it off who insisted they cant drop it off at my convenience but rather theirs. told them to send it to my branch again. Never happened but my old card has been cancelled by them.<br> <br> Then i request bank statements and the teller tells me its R50 per request. I get an email and a debit of a R1000 out of my account.<br> This is ridiculous to say the least.<br> <br> Would love to speak to a manager
I have also forgotten my password. I have been trying to get my password reset for years now i have tried online i have phoned the call centre. I have been instore as well. Still dont have access to my own account .<br> You would think they would assist asap as i am spending money with them????<br> Would be nice if this can be sorted

2 years ago I enrolled with intec and asked that all exam fees be included with my course fees so it can be paid in a lump sum.i was sent and amount and promised all fees were included until I received a bill for my upcoming studies. No one at intec can help. And innocentia is Never there.<br> <br> spent the last 4 days phoning and not getting to anyone . a anyone . asked to speak to the manager and was sent from pillar to post for 15 minutes.
