After ordering flowers on the 1st of April for delivery on the 3rd, I get the following email on the day of delivery at 13:00 ---------------------------------- Hi there Please note we could not deliver the flowers today as the address is far from our routes . Is there any alternative address close by or can we deliver on TUESADY . Regards Connie ---------------------------------- No apology or helpful information. How am I supposed to know their routes? How am I supposed to fix their logistics problem? In a subsequent email, they offered to "PUT AN EXTRA VALUE OF IT" if they could do it on Tuesday, still with no apology whatsoever. <p>I need to cancel my cell phone and fibre line contracts with Telkom. I have sent in written notice, called the call centre for escalations, and nothing. I am really trying to do right by them, but they won't let me. Now what is going to happen is I am going to move out of the country and they are still going to try bill me, and when they don't get the money I shouldn't have to pay, they are going to be upset.</p>

I have never had such terrible service at a fast food place. I was called to make an order, and then absolutely ignored. If you aren't going to be bothered with customers, don't bother opening a store.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE it when Fast Food people read my order back to me when paying. It means that if there is something wrong on the bill, I can correct it before I pay for it. Millicent was so pleasant and friendly on top of that as well. Great job! Keep it up!

On the 2nd of August I sent Vodacom a request to stop receiving their illegal communications regarding the Vodacom millionaires competition to my 072... number. I explained why it is illegal (ECT Act 2004, section 45 (1) (a)) and that I wanted to unsubscribe (Chapter 45, Section 4).<br> <br> Not only did I get a reference number (004Q~QS4Z) but I was told that they would contact me within 24 hours. I also requested that they put it in writing that they have in fact unsubscribed me. So far they have done nothing: I still receive the illegal SMS, and they have not contacted me to date.
