Bad service

I want to tell you about the bad service I received when I visited Flowers PE on Thursday... I went there to buy flowers and possibly a basket. The lady at the desk was so uninteresting and rude when I asked what can I get at short notice.. She rudely asked me why didn't I place an order online.. She the pointed me to the fridges where the flowers are kept to pick one for myself.. No one assisted me and I got frustrated and left. Flowers PE please don't open your doors for walk in customers if you will not provide them with good service.. Stick to online orders.
