I ordered on the Pick n Pay app and my driver turned around with my order while as far as a street away from me. I was following the tracker and standing outside, only to get an order cancelled notification from the app. No phone call or message from the driver. I have deleted the app and will never use it again. What poor service. When I called the call centre line, they could not assist me. I better get the refund for my oder!
I recently made a Makro order for pick-up on 25 Sep 2025 and when the order was placed, the order was supposed to be ready on Sat 27 Sep 2025. Can you tell me why pick-up was extended to 12 October????? Their customer service is so poor. Their customer representative cannot provide any information or reason for the delay. I am so frustrated with Makro's poor customer service.
I raised a concern for receiving an order with missing items and was told that it was not legible for a refund. I selected the contact support option but my pictures of the receipt and received order could not be uploaded. Can the Medicross at Cape road let me know why they have an appointment system? I made a teleconsultation with my doctor for 10:30am and I am still waiting at 1pm for a consultation call. I called the practice at 11am and the receptionist let me know that my file is with my doctor and I understand the practice is busy with the flu outbreak BUT I made a APPOINTMENT! I am waiting frozen not being able to do anything. How fair is that?
I made an online purchase on the Mr Price App/website on the 22nd of December. My order was supposed to be delivered on the 4th of Jan 2024. The status on the App has not changed and no communication has been made. I have called the online support line for several days now without getting through. Where is my order? I am losing patience.
I went to return sneakers I bought on the 16th of December at the Boardwalk Side step store. I wanted to return them at the Greenacres store but my return could not be processed because they say I damaged the shoes. I wore them once and got blisters so the reason for the return is an incorrect fit. Tell me how I damaged the shoes I wore on once and I am still within the 30 day return period? This is the first time I have bought an item at Side step and it is my last now I must sit with ill fitting sneakers? Can anyone please assist?
I ordered from Steers Lorraine and my order was delivered by the rudest man on earth. He even exchanged words with the security guard of my complex. Firstly he rudely tells me he used his own airtime to call me when I told him he cut the call as I qas about to tell him to wait at the complex gate for me. Then he said he does not carry cash and only has a card machine, when I told him I selected cash on delivery he said it does not state on the receipt he had that I will be paying cash. He then snatched the R200 note I had in my hand and chased down a car coming into my complex to ask for change from the driver. He got 4 R50 notes. I had to pay him R150 because he did not have change. All this happened with him shouting at me and every person he saw. He did not appeared wide eyed and jittery. I felt uncomfortable and unsafe.
I had a great experience with Sthembiso. He went above and beyond answering me on whatsapp . He also called to ensure that my problem was resolved. He is a very nice person.
I bought a sleeper couch on the 27th of November 2022.. The status of my order has been shipped and expected for delivery on 4 December 2022. I have not heard from Game about my delivery and will be out of town from the 8th December. I have tried the call center but was on hold for over an hour. I need assistance.
I have a problem that I have been reporting to the customer care line via email and phone call. I made an order on the sixty60 app but I did not proceed with order as I closed the banking approve window mistakenly. The order then failed to authorize payment. The order was cancelled but the money in my sixty60 wallet was not returned as I had an amount of R238. I called the customer care line and the operator said the amount will be returned in an hour or so... It has been 48hrs. Please assist.
