I bought an MX6 pool cleaner from Makro Centurion on 23 October 2025 and the machine broke in 2 days. I reported the matter to Makro and they directed me to Zodiac customer care for assistance. All I can say is that the products is just as bad as the customer care and despite having a warranty you are expected to troubleshoot and/or fix the machine yourself. I have since lodged a formal complaint and I will be taking this further.
