I bought an MX6 pool cleaner from Makro Centurion on 23 October 2025 and the machine broke in 2 days. I reported the matter to Makro and they directed me to Zodiac customer care for assistance. All I can say is that the products is just as bad as the customer care and despite having a warranty you are expected to troubleshoot and/or fix the machine yourself. I have since lodged a formal complaint and I will be taking this further.
Dont waste your time with this mickey mouse insurer, they pretend to offer you peace and security but they are supreme claim dodgers who use sub standard service providers to provide every excuse under the sun to repudiate and deny claims. This is the worst experience I have ever had with an insurer and I regret the day I took out this policy. Echelon are masquerading as an exclusive and "private clients" insurer but they consistently deliver mediocre, amateur and substandard services and their latest stunt is destined for the Ombudsmans desk.

I’ve been buying from Cielo for a number of years and I always return because of the excellent value they offer as well as the good customer service I receive.
Following written confirmation that my account has been cancelled Bidvest Steiner proceeded to *******ly deduct money from my account. In this environment where business are struggling to survive the last thing you need are predatory business like Bidvest Steiner who don’t follow instructions and prey on struggling small businesses
My ISP is Home-Connect and the fibre infrastructure is provided by Metrofibre and between the two I don’t know who is worse. Metrofibre claim to have an SLA / turnaround time of 24-48 hours but I logged a ticket on Monday 27 April and today is 2 May and I’m still waiting for a technician and/or any feedback. You send countless emails with no response and these service providers claim to care about customer service but they treat they’re paying customers like dirt honestly these businesses should just close their doors.

I emailed support@ikhokha.com on 7 March regarding (1) queries on my transaction report; (2) resetting my account but to date I haven’t received any feedback and the option to send a rest link does not work. Please stick to the traditional banks and don’t use Ikokha
I listed my car on Weelee and the response I received was great and the entire process was quick and easy.
Home Connect are my ISP and they have truly let me down. My fibre line has been down for 3 days now and Home Connect cannot provide me with a decent ETA or any confirmation of when it will be fixed, instead all I get are false promises. Now I have to spend more money buying data while I’m paying Home Connect over R800 for nothing?!
