Zodiac and Builders Tokai Running ****
Do you know that Builders Tokai is refusing to replace a Zodiac item that was bought TODAY??? Promising that a technician will come out.. For a brand new product?? Are you even still operating and are there techs available and working 4 days before Xmas???? You answer me that Zodiac???? Whats your returns/manufacturers policy?? Do the guys at Builders Tokai know it??? Your the pool guys and I will have a dirty pool over Xmas!! I am so not gonna hold my breath for the Zodia pool products guy!! I am livid!!!

We are still operating until 24 December at 12:00. We have qualified technicians to assist our clients on site within in 50 kilometer from our nearest branch, should you wish to do so. However, you can return your product WITHIN 7 DAYS of purchase, providing it is still in a good condition and you have your proof of purchase. What does a 7 day return policy mean if I was expected to keep it out if the pool??? Thats crazy logic people!!!! That garbage returns policy means nothing!!!!

20 Dec 2025, 10:29I will have to contact the Customer Care Agent and inquire if she received a request from Builders to log a call. As previously stated, we are open until 12:00 on Wednesday, 24 December. A 7 day return policy means you can return your unit within 7 days of purchase. I did not state that you should keep it out of the pool. Please send your details to the email address stated above as well as your proof of purchase and I will assist you.
