Bad customer service
Their customer service it's really bad, during December holidays I I messaged them on their Facebook page to lay a complaint sine I had a few beers that weren't properly closed they therefore spilled in my fridge, also had some with branding that was off and not labeled correctly. Mind you I bought this whole 24 at pick n pay, they are ignoring me till date, they don't have a email to complain to, just a website we're they promise to call you within 7 days which they never did. Am ready disappointed in this brand and the case I had to throw away as the was just off.

Flying fish coupon code
On the 4th of December 2025 , Flying Fish shared a coupon code that was used. I traveled a distance to redeem the coupon, but I only found out it was used. I've inboxed them, but they haven't gotten back to me until today.

Winning Prize
I won in one of the flying fish competition and i didn’t receive my prize - R1000 cash voucher and i’m not the only one there’s a lot of people complaining on Facebook. I still want my R1000 cash voucher

Waste of time and data.
I won from this and they never give me my Prize but others received their prize. I asked why I did not receive my prize and they told me that they will escalate the matter to the relevant department. Disappointed!
So disappointed! I bought a 6 pack of the brand new Apple flavor and it was off. The color was off, it had rings ilon the inside of the bottle, there were even bugs inside of the bottle. The smell was disgusting when we opened it to investigate. I am very disappointed that I wasted my money on something that is supposed to be a good product.

Poor quality of the cans
Whilst you have a good product, I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the cans we got. We bought a case of 24 for a recent holiday and 4 of them broke or got random punctures from routine handling. We also had other cans (Black Label 500ml) which had the same handling and no losses. This added 17% to the cost of an individual can, which, at R340 for 24 is quite significant. I will include photos of the last can - hopefully it is one batch and not the norm. Quite disappointed. The reason I am actually leaving this is due to the fact that after 2 weeks, I have not received any response on my messages to you (Twitter & Facebook).

Robbed of my airtime
Recently flying fish had a spin the wheel competition, where I won R50 airtime on both my cellphone numbers. People started receiving their winnings early December and I never got my airtime. When I inbox them on Facebook they ignored me. I'm so disappointed in them.i trusted them as a brand didn't think they can do such to people .
