Their customer service it's really bad, during December holidays I I messaged them on their Facebook page to lay a complaint sine I had a few beers that weren't properly closed they therefore spilled in my fridge, also had some with branding that was off and not labeled correctly. Mind you I bought this whole 24 at pick n pay, they are ignoring me till date, they don't have a email to complain to, just a website we're they promise to call you within 7 days which they never did. Am ready disappointed in this brand and the case I had to throw away as the was just off.
The head office staff customer service is terrible, 2029 I requested for a transcript from Cynthia and it took over 7 months for me to receive one, recently realized that it doesn't have an official stamp from the college, Newton junction campus manager was kind enough to assist but PhumiM, she's just not responding to email, it will probably take another 6 months to get a stamp. Struggle of being a Richfield distance learner
I would give them zero if I could. The place my items on hold with informing me, later had a struggle to get my refund after they logged me out of my account. If you can, stay away from OneCart, their customers service is trash
Worst, I bought meat from them only to find out it was rotten. Reported the matter and they have been taking me piller to post
Have got an enquiry on my credit that falls under FNB EDG Multi Product, which I know nothing about.
Was at Wimpy Phuthaditjhaba on the 30/12/2021, ordered 2 kids meals and 2 adults meals. The wings from the adults meal were cold leftovers, when we enquired about it the just took them, microwaved and served us again. Not only was the food bad but we also had diarrhoea from their chicken wings.
