Claims Administrator - Spot on with Service Excellence

At the end of January we had to put in a claim on our income protector with FMI due to surgery, the claim was handled efficiently and the correspondence from the claims administrator was always accurate and queries responded to timeously. In March we had to apply for an extension on the cover as the recovery was slower than anticipated, again the claims administrator was on point in dealing with queries and responding to questions.
