I have been having problems with FNB always deducting money from my bank account without notification via sms or email, I have to physically go into my account every time to see what is happening.
Due to the lockdown on 26 March 2020 in South Africa my father in law could not get to the bank to send me money on 27 March 2020 which I left to him.
Because of the lockdown and unplanned circumstances in South Africa and Namibia the payment only come in on the 30th and now FNB Namibia walvis bay has taken N$ 270 from my account because of an international crisis which I not anyone in this world could control.
I will be cancelling my bank account with FNB once this lockdown is over and I’m changing to a better bank where people do their jobs correctly
