**** AFTER MARKET SERVICE
<p>Ive bought a nissan 1400 at FNJ car sales in Vereeniging from Suail at first but when i noticed a oil drip from the gearbox and phoned Suail but basically no help.I got hold of the owner Mohammed who said he will check into the matter.A salesman Boran called and arranged that my bakkie went for road worthy and when i got my bakkie back the words of Boran was that he will call me to fix the oil leak.Now i did say that i will fix the other small problems myself which im still doing but FNJ car sales did not help at all.They just want to sell vehicles to get your money and after that you are on your own. DONT GO THERE PEOPLE AS YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF</p>

POOR SERVICE FROM FNJ CARSALES
I BOUGHT A BMW 320I SPORT EDITION FROM FNJ CARSALES AND ON THE DAY WHEN I TOOK THE CAR THE OIL LIGHT CAME ON AND I ASKED THEM HAVNT THEY SERVICED THE CAR JUST NOW AND THEY SAID YES THEY DID AND THEY HAVE GIVEN ME A BP GARAGE VOUCHER FOR PURCHASING OIL FOR MY CAR AND THEY SAID IF IT USES OIL I MUST BRING IT BACK SO AFTER 2 TANKS THE OIL INDICATOR CAME ON AND SHORTED 1LT OF OIL SO I WENT BACK TO THEM AND REPORTED IT WITHIN THE FIRST MONTH OF BUYING THIS CAR AND ALSO MY CAR HAD A VIBRATION WHEN DRIVING SO I NOTICE THAT THE FRONT TYRES IS WORNED OUT ON THE INSIDE OF THE TYRES SO I WENT TO THEM AND TOLD THEM LISTEN THESE TYRES IS FINISHED ON THIS CAR ITS USING ALOT OF OIL I HAD THE CAR SERVICED AND I REPLACED ALL 4 TYRES SO THEY GIVEN ME R7500. FOR NEW TYRES IT COSTED ME R9000.ANYWAY NOW MY WHEEL ALIGHMENT CANT BE SET COUSE OF THE SHOCKS WITCH IS FINISHED THEY TOLD ME IT MUST BE LIKE THAT I MUST GO FIX THE CAR MY SELF AND THE CAR IS REGISTERED AS ACCIDENT FREE BUT UNFORTUNATLY THE CLEARLACK IS COMING OF EVERYWHERE ON MY CAR WHAT CAN I DO IF YOU CAN HELP OR ASSIST ME WITH ANYTHING KINDLEY CONTACT ME OR IF HELLO PETER CAN PHONE THESE GUYS HERE ARE THE CONTACT DETAILS 0164220300 THANK YOU

?Hi, I have emailed the ful storry to hello peter email address as its too long for this box, but it will also be in Roodepoort Record.<br> My bearings were replaced, we got a 6 month guarantee, bearing ceased after 1 month, FNJ replaced the bearing BUT refused to reinburse me the R900 I had to pay to tow my car to them. Im 6 months pregnant and I have 2 kids, according to the 2nd opinion we got, if I was driving faster, my car would have flipped, and it would have been a matter of life and death. The owners wife, Natasha, is rude unproffessional and really doesnt know what client service is. If you are desperate and have NO alternative and you NEED to use this company, deal with Francois, hes the only decent person working there, its a pitty his wife feels the need to get involved in things she doesnt understand. I have taken legal action and the ombudsman is in agreement that the R900 should be refunded...stay tuned...?<br>

parts failing resulting in driver safety
I have emailed the entire story as its too long to fit in this box...<br> But beware people, FNJ Auto give guarantees on work done and dont honour responsibility for extra costs when their workmanship fail. Phoning and shouting at your clients thats spend thousands of rands on your business as scary and unproffesional to say the least. Never have I been treated this way. If you deal with them, go through Francois, he is proffessional, polite and mannered. Avoid dealing with Natasha!
