I ordered 2 x shorts size 38 and 2 x 2XL t-shirts online from Wildebees. I shipped the package to my father in law in PTA and from there shipped the package to Western Australia. I recieved the package on Saturday with great exitement but was uterly disgusted when I fit the 1st short which is a 36 and not a 38 as Ive ordered,the rest of my clothing is correct. Now Ive wasted R420 for the short and a hell of a lot of money shipping it to Australia. Wildebees have lost a client and I will spread this far and wide.
I have tried to get information from Bonitas regarding a question I have. 6 unsuccessful phone calls and more than 45 minutes wasted on people that cannot help.
Today marks 7 days since my Absa bank card was cloned and criminals used my tapping facility to their advantage. When I stopped my card at the fraud department they sended me a sms stating that I will be contacted within 48 hours by a investigator. However I only went to ABSA Vanderbijlpark Monday morning and spent a good part of 4 hours for a new card and customer care trying to help with the card stop. I again got a new sms stating that in 24 hours a investigator will contact me regarding the fraud om my card sitaution.Well it is now Friday afternoon and I have not been contacted by a Absa investigator for 7 days since the case was 1st reported. What a unpleasant experience to be in.
I am a small business owner and now trying nearly 2 weeks to get into my business account, I know the old banking app was replaced by a new one but ever since trying to get the new app from Nedbank small business is basically a no show or help. I have phoned numerous times to speak to my banker but he is never available and does not return left messages or calls, so I cannot get into my bank to follow up on payments. I definitely must change to another bank who is able and competent to help their clients.
I have phoned numerous times to enquire about a vehicle as there is no Dekra report on the vehicle. No answer at Midstream branch, A switch board lady helped to send a mail to Midstream branch to vontact me regarding my enquiry.A man phoned to help and I explained that I was looking for some pictures as the are none available of the inside of the vehicle and no dekra report. He said that he will locate the vehicle and take some photos.He wanted me to come all the way from NewCastle to view the vehicle, I just laughed as his request is ridiculous. We buy cars you are making a bad name for yourself with incompetent individuals working at your Midstrdam branch.
Trying to phone the CIPC 17 times,they pick up the phone and put it down. WORST SERVICE but hey its expected from them.
I applied for a Covid 19 vehicle payment holiday extension as our company did not yet start work and we only recieve 20% of our salaries, after many emails and asking for feedback I only recieved a mail saying that my case is closed but with no outcome. After nearly 20 years of been a client at Absa Is this the way you treat loyal customers and cant even pick up the phone and explain whats going on.Rather sending emails that states A client customer care will contact you in 24 hours BUT no one says nothing. Please respond ABSA
I bought a product and was delivered on the 13th of Dec 19 and asked for a collection and refund on 17th Dec 19(It was as present for my wife's birthday the 16th),the product was collected and until today 6 Jan 2020 no action from Take-a-lot, although i ask repeatedly on the website i get no answers due to a robotic reply every time.
Pathetic service from the Dstv consultants. I've tried to upgrade our Dstv package and the consultant advised that it will reset in 3 hours and that was last week thursday and thank you dstv for me not been able to watch the RWC2019, but I must thank you today because I'm now saving R1000 per month due to my cancellation today.
I places a order with a sales leader from Avon and paid my order upfront. His account is now investigated by Avon and i dont have my products or money for 3 weeks now. Very bad client service Avon
