Constantia Hotel Midrand Very disappointed at this place and the service we received and still waiting for refund sins 14 February 2026. Originally we booked and paid a valentines special on Fomo that included dinner, spa massage, one night stay and breakfast. When we got to the place, entrance smelled like smoke and reception dismissed our arrival, we greeted multiple times to only than get recognition from reception (Kedibone) and we where than informed that they have no such booking. The manager Jacobs came to assist us, received a room and than where rushed to the spa as no one knew we where booked. The spa room smelled moldy, floor was dirty and towels smelled foul. Come dinner time we where informed that the restaurant side was under new management and that we had to pay for dinner, but will be refunded by the manager Jacobs on that coming week when it was working hours,as it was part of the special that we already paid for. Room itself was outdated and not as per advertised on special. Next morning went to restaurant and no staff was onsite to assist with breakfast, waited an hour to see if we would get any assistance and than only left to book out as we didn't get any waiter or anything so no breakfast received,than went to reception where no staff was on site ,only to than get help from one of the spa ladies that walked in and called someone, Kedibone came to assist and when we asked regarding breakfast she laughed in our faces and was very disrespectful. We have than send through our dinner slips and last responds 25 Feb and yet no refund off dinner and breakfast we paid now double for and just ignoring us. Would not recommend.
