I recently did my 3rd purchase from FOMO, bought a few vouchers for our family outing and selected one wrong item by mistake, I contacted Ryan, and he assisted me with the refund into a gift voucher which gave me a relief since I thought I've just lost that R2500. Thank you so much Ryan for the prompt and efficient service. It's normally a huge risk to buy online with most companies and it can be daunting when you have to contact customer service as you get transferred from one person to the next until you give up, and with Fomo it's different, you get a direct WhatsApp number, and you get attended to immediately. I'm happy for taking faith in FOMO when i first saw it on Facebook and will definitely buy more and more.
