Requested a refund within 24 hours and I am told I cannot get a refund. I called the spa and the lady INCORRECTLY advised me regarding location and availability was not agreeing with my schedule at the CORRRECT location so I want my money back. TERRIBLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE FROM RYAN who is the cofounder of FOMOSA.

I'm extremely unhappy with how I was treated by Vee Fab Spa and Payflex. Due to an unforeseen emergency, I needed to cancel my spa appointment. I informed the spa several hours before the appointment, only to be told I still had to pay the full R500—even though I didn’t receive any service. Apparently, there’s a cancellation policy requiring notice days in advance, which was never made clear to me when I booked. Emergencies happen, and I find it unreasonable that there was zero flexibility or understanding. What’s worse is that I used fomoSA and Payflex to pay, and despite explaining my situation multiple times to someone I believe is the manager by the name of Ryan, I’m still being charged for something I never used. I’ve asked for the subscription to be cancelled, not even for a refund—but I keep getting ignored. This has been frustrating, exhausting, and completely unfair. All I wanted was a bit of understanding and fairness. Instead, I’ve been left with payments for a service I didn’t receive. I hope future customers are treated with more respect and that policies are properly communicated upfront

Booked for a message with FOMO. We didn't get what we paid for, it was daylight and the ladies rude and unprofessional. FOMO did not even care, they did not respond to my complaint, only responded when I sent a second email and said they will get back to me.... I'm still waiting. Will never book through FOMO again.

Bought 5 R250 tickets for rush Claremont. When we got there they told us that 4 tickets were already redeemed. I only sent the tickets to them when making a reservation. I am very disappointed.

I have enjoyed using the FOMO app a few times now! The one time I bought a voucher and struggled to get into contact with the supplier, the FOMO team immediately assisted me and helped me to sort it out. Each voucher I choose / receive is perfect for my needs. The deals are incredible and the options are endless. There is a little bit of something for everything. I especially use it for spa-day treatments.

I recently did my 3rd purchase from FOMO, bought a few vouchers for our family outing and selected one wrong item by mistake, I contacted Ryan, and he assisted me with the refund into a gift voucher which gave me a relief since I thought I've just lost that R2500. Thank you so much Ryan for the prompt and efficient service. It's normally a huge risk to buy online with most companies and it can be daunting when you have to contact customer service as you get transferred from one person to the next until you give up, and with Fomo it's different, you get a direct WhatsApp number, and you get attended to immediately. I'm happy for taking faith in FOMO when i first saw it on Facebook and will definitely buy more and more.
