Outstanding Custome Service
I recently did my 3rd purchase from FOMO, bought a few vouchers for our family outing and selected one wrong item by mistake, I contacted Ryan, and he assisted me with the refund into a gift voucher which gave me a relief since I thought I've just lost that R2500. Thank you so much Ryan for the prompt and efficient service. It's normally a huge risk to buy online with most companies and it can be daunting when you have to contact customer service as you get transferred from one person to the next until you give up, and with Fomo it's different, you get a direct WhatsApp number, and you get attended to immediately. I'm happy for taking faith in FOMO when i first saw it on Facebook and will definitely buy more and more.

PATHETIC SERVICE: INVESTMENT PLAN WITHDRAWAL
I have an investment plan with Old mutual when I took out the policy I was told that I can just withdraw from it whenever I have a financial emergency and now I have submitted a withdrawal request on the 29th of June and only got an email with forms to complete on the 6th of July which I completed and returned same day with the required documents and today it's the 14th, no response whatsoever, not even acknowledgement of receipt of documents. It's not even like I'm borrowing their money, this extremely pathetic service, I'm wondering if I shouldn't reconsider putting my trust in them with my finances, as I even have a funeral policy with them, it looks like even when I can face tragedy of death of a family member, I will not be able to give them a dignified funeral as I will have to wait a year to receive payment. I am totally disappointed and extremely disgusted by this horrible service.

Great service but ridiculous premiums
<p>I adressed my concern and was attended by Gabriel Maphela who went out of his way to assist me though unfortunately King Price charges rridiculously high premiums, thanks to Gabriel for a friendlu and professional service. </p>

PROMISES NOT KEPT
On new year's eve I had a breakdown and I called FFW for roadside assistance at 00:08 and at 00:27 they sent me an sms with the dispatch of a tow truck with the ETA of 60minutes but it only arrived at 02:30.When I was informed of the ETA of tow truck by FFW agent,I enquired about the \guardian angels"that they promise to send to wait with you at time of danger and the agent promised to send them but until the vehicle was removed no one appeared to wait with me"
