Tasteless Rock hard food
Do not ever buy food from Food Factory Silver Lakes via Uber. The problem does not lay with Uber it is the restaurant that sells the food. I ordered the chicken snitchel with a baked potato. The chicken was hard as rock and tasted old. Ther was no seasoning on. It tasted like eaten carten box. The cheese sause was like water. The potatoe was a boiled potatoe. I had to pay R29 for one boiled potatoe without any salt. The food was pathetic. I will never visit or buy from them again.

Absolutely horrible!!! Food factory @ silverlakes… The alleged owner of the restaurant and one of his friends had a few drinks (a few to many) and decided to urinate in the garden right in front of me and my wife. (Guess they were not in the mood for walking) they did it four times and we mentioned it every time and only after we got the bill the manager came to the table and spoke to them, we heard the one man saying “**** those guys” and laughed. I would not recommend going there, the service was good but the fact the the owner urinated in front of us is not acceptable.

Bad service
We bought Pizza 3 times, the first two times we took the pizza with us, and both times they put chillies on the pizza, my kids is 6 and 10 and we specifically ask everytime to make sure there is no hot ingredients. The 3rd time I open the pizza right there and both had chillies on, when we re ittirated again we have kids nothing hot. Then they hesitated to give my money back, not only that, it was late at night waiting 40 minutes for 2 pizza's we went home and made sandwiches to eat. Thank you Food Factrory Carnival City we will never ever use you again. Another thing, all 3 times we bought pizza they never gave us any slips, just said we know who's pizza is who's.
