We bought Pizza 3 times, the first two times we took the pizza with us, and both times they put chillies on the pizza, my kids is 6 and 10 and we specifically ask everytime to make sure there is no hot ingredients. The 3rd time I open the pizza right there and both had chillies on, when we re ittirated again we have kids nothing hot. Then they hesitated to give my money back, not only that, it was late at night waiting 40 minutes for 2 pizza's we went home and made sandwiches to eat. Thank you Food Factrory Carnival City we will never ever use you again. Another thing, all 3 times we bought pizza they never gave us any slips, just said we know who's pizza is who's.

We have now found that the "DUPLUM" rule has been breached by the attorney and they have been dishonest and had unethical actions against us. This rule means interest, fees and costs - including collection costs according to article 101(g) of the NCA - charged on a loan can never be more than the original capital amount involved. And we have been charged more interest than the original loan amount. We are poor and vulnerable and has no access to justice, and our dignity was compromised and totally disregarded.

Nicolas Govender - Executive Service Support Consultant at Neddbank was the person getting back to me but since then with emails up and down and listening of recordings he failed to sort out the problem. Can someone in a higher position please assist.</p>
<p>Priya Pillay - Legal Controller - Nedbank Retail Recoveries </p> <p>I have logged a query with Priya last year 9 June 2016, I have sent numerous emails up and down, listen to numerous excuses and now I have had it.</p> <p>Nedbank promised to stop the interest, account was handed over to a lawyer that was also supposed to stop the interest and nothing happened. Can someone please contact me so that I can forward all 36 emails so that they can se what is going on.</p>
