Owners response for staff mistake
<p>The owner responded today and said he will rush the banner that didn't fit for production but I have to repay for the banner... Why must I pay for a mistake his staff made? They took the measurements not me... I thought they were joking.. Is he serious that is how we are gonna resolve the problem?</p>

Terrible service from Jetline Menlyn
<p>I used Jetline menlyn to do all my advertising. They firstly said it would take 5 to 7 working days after I paid. I paid almost R20 000. Guess what.. it took more than 3 weeks. When my boards finally arrived 8 of them didn't fit... they came to do the measurements.. not us. They then took 7 of them back but refused to make me a new open now banner... if i want a correct one I must pay for it myself. Also another thing... the owner greg refuses to take my calls or phone me back. So all they are is poor sevice and empty promises. I will never ever make use of them. They even sent a courier with some of my flyers without telling me and had another company next to mine to sign off on them. They are absolutely useless</p>
