I feel as a fellow professional photographer, I need to point out the poor services and quality I have received from Foolproof Entertainment which promises the best quality for our special day. Their communication is poor and their customer service and service delivery is horrible. On top of the point of one of their liaison, by the name of Candice, who had communicated with me being a complete racist in her remarks toward me as a customer and had no concept of how to professionally communicate with their clients.
Firstly the contract stated that it would be a 2 week waiting period to receive our package, it turned to be a nearly 2 month wait and no package was received instead photos were given via a wetransfer link and not on DVD as specified. Secondly the quality of the photos were not entirely up to standard as quite a number of them are blurry or feet have been cut off or simply extremely dark or overexposed.
Its almost 4 months in waiting now and with no communication from them at all regarding our videography which we paid a huge amount for. No communication on delivery or any of the sort and the videography was the main item I wanted out of our wedding.
The photographer from Foolproof Entertainment continues to just read my messages and blue tick me while not giving any feedback at all regarding our package delivery and we are still awaiting any or all the videos which have been taken from the wedding.
I normally would recommend people to businesses but in this case I would recommend against using Foolproof Entertainment at all.
