I feel as a fellow professional photographer, I need to point out the poor services and quality I have received from Foolproof Entertainment which promises the best quality for our special day. Their communication is poor and their customer service and service delivery is horrible. On top of the point of one of their liaison, by the name of Candice, who had communicated with me being a complete racist in her remarks toward me as a customer and had no concept of how to professionally communicate with their clients. Firstly the contract stated that it would be a 2 week waiting period to receive our package, it turned to be a nearly 2 month wait and no package was received instead photos were given via a wetransfer link and not on DVD as specified. Secondly the quality of the photos were not entirely up to standard as quite a number of them are blurry or feet have been cut off or simply extremely dark or overexposed. Its almost 4 months in waiting now and with no communication from them at all regarding our videography which we paid a huge amount for. No communication on delivery or any of the sort and the videography was the main item I wanted out of our wedding. The photographer from Foolproof Entertainment continues to just read my messages and blue tick me while not giving any feedback at all regarding our package delivery and we are still awaiting any or all the videos which have been taken from the wedding. I normally would recommend people to businesses but in this case I would recommend against using Foolproof Entertainment at all.
Its now over 2 months in the waiting for what should have been 2 weeks as per the contract signed by Foolproof Entertainment for us to receive our packages we had paid a total of R14 000 for. As promised from the contract we are to receive: -2x sets of the highlighted film of the Wedding Day (coverage of pre-prep, wedding day and reception -1x DVD with minimum of 250 (Pre-prep, wedding day and reception) Our wedding was on 1st May 2021 and we received a message on 17th May 2021 stating that our package is almost ready and will be posted to us soon. On 25th May we were requested our postal address as the package was ready and will be sent. Weeks went by and still no package and when requesting a tracking number, we were provided with they will send us digital photos to speed up the process which we have received however no video was provided which we paid R8500 for. Over 2 months have passed and still no package has arrived, we luckily received our photos however some of the photos we received were rather blurry and low quality and we have not received our video at all. When attempting to communicate with the photography or his assistant we receive no feedback at all. No one is responding and there is no trace of our package. I would rather recommend that no one make use of their services as their communications skills are poor, they don't seem to know how to deal with their clients and their service delivery is poor.
I am officially sick and tired of this company with their false claims and inability to provide correct service but yet very eager to steal money where possible. This is the 2nd month of the so called 5G promotion and the company has yet again overcharged me for the service. According to the invoice, Rain failed to cancel my 4G connection and claims 60mb of data has been used even though the router has been disconnected for the month and has therefore double charged me for the month. This after giving the instruction to Rain to deactivate the 4G account as I am using the 5G service but seems they have once again failed to follow instructions and were oh so happy to steal from me yet again. My best advice to any and all is to not make use of their service and dont fall into the trap of using their so called 5G promotion, seems to be method for them to further steal from you
Had an amazing and unforgettable day hosting our wedding at the beautiful McPhersons Wedding Venue. The staff and managers were truly amazing and helpful people and did everything possible to ensure that our perfect day really was perfect. Their service is top notch, the venue is breathtaking, the food leaves you wanting more and more. I would definitely recommend McPhersons to any new couple looking to plan their big day and we will certainly be hosting more events at this beautiful venue.
This company truly provides the worst in service and provides the greatest amount of headaches. Recently I received a call offering me the new 5G service for free as a means of introducing 5G to customers and creating awareness of the great new product. I received my 5G router and began testing and to my surprise I received little to no network coverage at all with speeds of 14kbps even with the router indicating the best position for connection. The technicians came out to test and replace the current router and provided me with a better one which was connecting quite well with the expected speeds of 5G. All went well but upon receiving my next invoice, I noticed that I have in fact been charged for the so called "Free Service until end of the year" Rain basically has stolen money from me for the month with no explanation or answer as to why I have been charged for something they claimed was a "Free Special".
