We purchased a Gate Camera Intercom system and 4 camera's with motion detection. The intercom "open the the gate" feature is not working, they asked us to check if their wires are connected but they "forgot to label their wires so we don't know which wires are theirs. The motion detection on the camera is set and according to the technician this is done correct but there is no alarm. The technician promised to resolve this issue, but for two weeks their is no actual response. It is annoying that a company that sell security equipment does not respond as per the urgency, security is essential in this country!
