Our tap started to get small holes in the spout resulting in small sprays that were leaking water; Johann, responded and assisted immediately, and the tap was replaced this is great customer service. Thank you!
Since the beginning of the year my number can not be called or received SMS-es Last week Saturday, I tried a SIM swop but the problem is still not resolved, the shop steward logged a Remedy ticket, this week again I made numerous call the USELESS MTN call center. Thy want me to punch in codes so that they can release the call...
I cancelled my services during Covid, I sold my decoder last week but the new owner cannot activate the decoder as according to DSTV I have an outstanding account... I tried to speak to a person but they only have chatbots... HORRIBLE!!
I have been with MetroFibre for a few years but now their service level has dropped, I guess they are getting too big and starting to lose interest in their customer's needs. My line has been down for almost a week, no feedback, no action, "Customer Support" puts me on hold and then disconnects the line.
The wrong product is delivered, I sent them an email but still awaiting reply. They are totally useless, so do not order from them. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS, you will regret it.
They do incorrect advertising. first the website promises same day delivery, then I can only select the following day, the 5th, and in the confirmation they only mention the 6th… this a bad business practice! Then they call and only keep on talking, no listening skills on the customer service reps....
Call their Call centre and you just wait, send an email and be ignored. I ordered fridges, one has a manufacturer error an I am begging to have it exchanged for 3 weeks.... I ordered a a side by side fridge still waiting for the delivery Order Confirmed on 05 Dec 2022 Order packed on 07 Dec 2022, 5 days later still awaiting delivery
In 2020 it was my first disappointing experience with this company, after it was all sorted many apologies happened... Some time business really make an effort to improve but this company does not know the meaning of doing business, they just want your money. I need a part for our Brema Ice-maker, according to BCE (the SA distributor) the part is in stock. I ordered, made a full payment R,5,865.00 on 26 August 2022, and I am still waiting today 06 October. They come up with al types of excuses like the pump received was faulty..... It is always tomorrow, or Monday morning early. Now, to process my refund, I must wait 7 working days for it to be processed. It is incredible that this company still exist... now I am wondering "do they exist?" Stay away from they, they are wasting you valuable time as you must continuously follow-up and they do nothing to deliver...
Absolutely recommendable, fast replies and trustworthy. I have been dealing with Dylan Du Toit, he is a star, he knows what it means to go the extra mile.
