Very disappointing

Initial contact was smooth, the site visit and the advice seemed to be sincere. It took a few weeks to get a suitable quote, after deposit payment work was promised to commence soon, immediately, after the deposit payment we started to get notifications of our outstanding account, while nothing was installed!!?? after quite some time the installation finally started, and was suppose to finish in 5 days, it took 2 weeks to do the installation, but a month to get it all connected and “operational”. They never managed to get the camera features of Intrusion and line crossing working. After a few days the gate operation stopped working, it took two week and many contact attempts to get them out to investigate the reason. During the repair visit the technician changed all the passwords of our Camera’s and NVR so we no longer had admin access to our own equipment. After several denials they finally provided the true passwords, unfortunately not for the camera’s… Now they stopped responding to emails and phone calls. Would we have requested a quote with another supplier could have saved around R 10,000.00 and loads of frustration.

The most frustrating is that they do not understand the importance of supplying security equipment, this country in unsafe especially and we need security camera’s and intercoms to work as per expectation,
