I bought my Ford Figo 2017... It came with all the warranty and service plans... Great! They expired and I took on the extended Ford service plan for which I was paying R205... When my car went in last year I made enquiries into the remaining terms and was assured that all was well... Thought nothing of it since for service was still debiting to date... I called in to try to book my car for service only to told that the service has expired... I was told I cannot be refunded either... I wanted to renew the service plan and told it was delined... I feel like I have been hitting dead ends with this company and I want my money back of they are not servicing my car.... TX
