WOW. Terrible service from the workshop. My 3.2 Everest (2017model) broke down a month ago and they can still not tell me what caused the issue. Now the head is sent away for testing. 2 weeks later and I am still waiting. Sorry sir the service advisor is on leave! I am sitting with a massive "Estimated quote" and little to no feedback. Really Terrible service. This is my 3rd and last Ford!
