Egypt air poor customer service and terrible Refund TAT.
WOW The most shocking customer service I have ever experienced. My VISA was delayed and to rebook my flights was painfully expensive and there were no empathy from the staff. I ended up canceling my flight using their online platform on Monday 18 August 2025 and i am still waiting for my refund. I have emailed and called their finance department (Who has 2 ppl only) and they have never called me back or rep**** to my emails. I will not recommend them to anyone ever! Rather pay more and use KLM traveling to to Europe.

Poor legal representation
My late father trusted this firm to professionally handle his will. This year it has been 4 years since his passing and we are still left with his will that is not completed. The staff turnover at DPJ Inc. Attorneys are shocking, every few month we are working with a different person. All the necessary work was not done by them, we needed to do way more than what any family should. As a family we continuously have to follow up and are now seriously fed up with this kind of service and its unfortunate that this is the next step to get their attention for a service that we have already paid for. The main attorney who is also the co executor already took his pound of flesh and is not reachable and do not respond to any form of communication(Calls, Emails, WhatApp messages or make himself available when we visit the premises). I would not recommend using them as a firm for your legal representation. Our experience was poor.

Terrible service from Human Auto Bloemfontein workshop
WOW. Terrible service from the workshop. My 3.2 Everest (2017model) broke down a month ago and they can still not tell me what caused the issue. Now the head is sent away for testing. 2 weeks later and I am still waiting. Sorry sir the service advisor is on leave! I am sitting with a massive "Estimated quote" and little to no feedback. Really Terrible service. This is my 3rd and last Ford!
