Poor Service
Bought a car from this dealership just before Christmas. Flip, the so called Sales Manager delivered the car. From a distance I pointed out to him visible and unacceptable panelbeating and paint work on the car. He promised to fix everything when panelbeaters are open. There is a big noise like loose parts on the front left wheel. Upon looking underneath, oil leaks and worn out parts clearly visible. The car must have been in an accident. The seats not properly secured and everything about the car was just a rush. I called Flip, told him to fetch his car, he said he would arrange for collection. Three weeks later am still stuck with their DEFECTIVE Polo. My advice to anyone who wants to buy from this dealership - Rather go elsewhere or you will regret buying from them. Big skelms

27 Jan 2023, 05:21Just to share some feedback since my last review. The car was finally collected from me, stored in some dealership locally - The driver could not risk driving it back to Oudtshoorn. There were warning signs the car was overheating. That is how bad this car was, to think I would have had to pay over R260 000.00 including interest for that s****. Yes, the matter was resolved in the end. Everyone else never saw the car except Flip and his driver - mhhhhhhh. Maureen, Dealer Principal took over and tried to salvage the little there was, wanted to downgrade me to a Polo Vivo. I refused. After few conversations we came to a conclusion to just walk separate ways from this. I must say, the professionalism and efficiency Maureen and Colleen showed towards the end made me realise there are capable and honest staff members there. In the end, happiness all round.
