Its with great disappointment and concern that I'm writing this because I have always regarded this dealerships service high. Exactly two weeks ago I took in my car for service and after it was done I was told everything is ok and the brake pads are on 6mm which is still good for running. Now two weeks later I noticed that they are worn out and I took my car in so they can check why this happened so quick and it so happens that the brake calipers are faulty and I was told because it is a warranty claim I had to leave the car. I had no problem with that because I figured it would be for a day or two and now today I find out that the calipers are on back order and they won't have them by this week and my warranty claim has not been processed so I won't have the car this week. Now because I use my car to travel to and from work plus I do standby I really need a car but I was told there are no courtesy cars available to lend me while they are sorting out my problem. That comes as a surprise because I see Leon's motors personnel driving around with cars all day long. So this is a formal complaint on the service I am receiving right now
