I have been with motorite since I bought my car back in 2019 and have always been happy; till recently when my cover was about to end. I took my car in for the 105000km service a bit late but the service was done anyway, but when I took it in for the 120000kms service I was told it was too early and I must bring it in later at 126000kms. I recently took it in and I was told it was too late and the warranty had lapsed so my car was not serviced
I would like to congratulate an Fnb employee by name Grace Mlangeni because for the first time in a while I see the benefits of having a private banker, because not only does she reply timeously to my messages or calls but she has helped realise how wrong I have been doing banking. We’ve been working together only a short while and I must say I am very happy with her service
Today I needed assistance from Nedbank home loans department, in order to issue a 90 day notice because I want to switch my account to another bank and that was the most gruesome and irritating experience ever because of how I was taken from pillar to post that I ended up making +/- 13 calls and didn’t receive any help. Hopefully the recordings they do are put under review and something is done about their service
I am so tired of Evotel and their ****ty service. My fibre hasn’t been ok for the past two weeks. The Vox technicians was quick to come out and check whatever needed to be checked but Evotel technicians keep saying they are coming I wait the whole day and nobody pitches up. Even today I have been waiting for two hours now and nothing. This is a waste of my time and money in a country where everything is so expensive
I have sent tracker two emails requesting my tracking device certificate this past week and all I have received from them is an automated email reply and no other contact, I have even tried calling but the phone remains on hold for a long time. I am really disappointed because the document I want is needed asap and it’s very important
Its with great disappointment and concern that I'm writing this because I have always regarded this dealerships service high. Exactly two weeks ago I took in my car for service and after it was done I was told everything is ok and the brake pads are on 6mm which is still good for running. Now two weeks later I noticed that they are worn out and I took my car in so they can check why this happened so quick and it so happens that the brake calipers are faulty and I was told because it is a warranty claim I had to leave the car. I had no problem with that because I figured it would be for a day or two and now today I find out that the calipers are on back order and they won't have them by this week and my warranty claim has not been processed so I won't have the car this week. Now because I use my car to travel to and from work plus I do standby I really need a car but I was told there are no courtesy cars available to lend me while they are sorting out my problem. That comes as a surprise because I see Leon's motors personnel driving around with cars all day long. So this is a formal complaint on the service I am receiving right now
I once made the mistake of insuring my vehicle with this insurance from October 2011. And the story I would tell you about them, is one that brings tears to my eyes because they did everything in their power, not to pay out my car on two occasions and left me in debt that took years to pay off. What really angered me at the time,is how I'd communicate with white people when taking out the cover, claiming and all upgrades but when it was time to refute my claim they would get a black person to call me. That could be a coincidence but it happened on both occasions. I really hope someday, someone can help me claim back what I lost because of this company.
I submitted my tax returns in October2019 and I was told sars owes me a certain amount. They told me that they would have to audit the case and it would take up to 6 weeks to do that. I went back again in January for a follow up and still up to today my case is not resolved i have really grown tired of this.
I have grown impatient with momentum and it's staff. The have been have my funds at work account from which I made a withdrawal months ago...March to be exact and up to now they have been giving me the same excuse that my bank details do not match up. I have sent confirmation letters and bank statements over and over, even went to the bank to check if there is anything wrong with the account and I got confirmation that my bank account is fine. I do not know if this is a tactic to delay giving me what's due to me or they are just incompetent but I need this sorted out really quick.
On the 1st of October I took a contract with Vodacom for a cellphone and I made it clear that I want it fully insured and so it says on the contract. Now my phone is damaged beyond repair and I tried to claim and they tell me I am not insured or they haven't been debiting the insurance money, and I was not aware because i thought everything was done right. Now I suggested to them that since I have not done anything wrong I backpay the 3 months and excess due and they replace my phone but they decline. Now I am stuck with a sim card that's got 21 months to go and no phone
