I've booked my Ford Ranger at Ford Umhlanga on the 05 January 2021. Two weeks later two sensor lights came on.i I called Ford Umhlanga on several occassions and was not assisted. A week later I drove my vehicle to Ford Umhlanga were I waited for almost 3 hours until a technician came to see what is the problem. I was then asked to book my Ford Ranger in for a diagnostic test which I did. The vehicle was booked in on the 18 February 2021 at 07h30 on Thursday.
I was only notified on the 19 February 2021 that a break sensor was gone. My Ford Ranger had been parked at Ford Uhlanga from the 18 Feruary 2021 at 07h30 until the 19 February 2021 at 12h30 when I picked up my vehicle. I was not happy with the service rendered because my vehicle had been park at Ford Umhlanga for one and a half day and nobody said anything.
I then went to the Principal Dealer who is in charge of the team at Ford Umhlanga who gave me his word that he would get back to me on Monday the 21 February 2012 lastesr Tuesday the 22 February 2021. I had not heard from anyone at Ford Umhlanga ever since.
I then called Ford customer care ever since Wednesday the 23 February 2021 and still I have not been updated.
