The service i have received from FORD has absolutely been the worst I have ever experienced. When I 1st bought my car - within the first few months the engine light came on and they had to replace the catalyst. After my catalyst was replace by Ford Toti - my aircon just stopped working - after complaining they finally repaired the aircon which was working before the dealership worked on my car. I have never missed a service and I’ve only repaired by car by Ford - NO ONE ELSE Recently my oil light came on - after taking my car to Ford Toti yet again - they advised that they need to replace the engine because the engine got damaged due to the oil pump being blocked with rubber. The quote came to R120 000 - my extended warranty does not cover the full amount – I still need to pay R80 000 I called Ford Umhlanga 3 times yesterday requesting to speak to the manager because they service my car the last time – I’m still waiting for a call back. FORD SA please can you have a look at the report and contact me ASAP

Really poor service. I ordered parts on monday and was promised on wed it would arrive. I checked up on the parts guys who advised me that they didnt have stock and the system showed 5 but was non existent. Then he told me thurs or frid it will arrive. Yet again friday i called them and they advised it is stuck in witbank and will only arrive next week tuesday. I am shocked that even the dealer princiole franchise couldnt make a plan to get it couried overnight to durban as well as could not organise a courtesy vehicle when i asked. Really poor service especially from senior members of Ford Umhlanga. Now i am out of pocket. I dont have a vehicle cause it lying in the workshop stripped awaiting the parts. Worst of all the dealer principle has so many vehicles for sale and demo but couldnt assist me.

Hi I've booked my Ford Ranger at Ford Umhlanga on the 05 January 2021. Two weeks later two sensor lights came on.i I called Ford Umhlanga on several occassions and was not assisted. A week later I drove my vehicle to Ford Umhlanga were I waited for almost 3 hours until a technician came to see what is the problem. I was then asked to book my Ford Ranger in for a diagnostic test which I did. The vehicle was booked in on the 18 February 2021 at 07h30 on Thursday. I was only notified on the 19 February 2021 that a break sensor was gone. My Ford Ranger had been parked at Ford Uhlanga from the 18 Feruary 2021 at 07h30 until the 19 February 2021 at 12h30 when I picked up my vehicle. I was not happy with the service rendered because my vehicle had been park at Ford Umhlanga for one and a half day and nobody said anything. I then went to the Principal Dealer who is in charge of the team at Ford Umhlanga who gave me his word that he would get back to me on Monday the 21 February 2012 lastesr Tuesday the 22 February 2021. I had not heard from anyone at Ford Umhlanga ever since. I then called Ford customer care ever since Wednesday the 23 February 2021 and still I have not been updated.
