Hi I've booked my Ford Ranger at Ford Umhlanga on the 05 January 2021. Two weeks later two sensor lights came on.i I called Ford Umhlanga on several occassions and was not assisted. A week later I drove my vehicle to Ford Umhlanga were I waited for almost 3 hours until a technician came to see what is the problem. I was then asked to book my Ford Ranger in for a diagnostic test which I did. The vehicle was booked in on the 18 February 2021 at 07h30 on Thursday. I was only notified on the 19 February 2021 that a break sensor was gone. My Ford Ranger had been parked at Ford Uhlanga from the 18 Feruary 2021 at 07h30 until the 19 February 2021 at 12h30 when I picked up my vehicle. I was not happy with the service rendered because my vehicle had been park at Ford Umhlanga for one and a half day and nobody said anything. I then went to the Principal Dealer who is in charge of the team at Ford Umhlanga who gave me his word that he would get back to me on Monday the 21 February 2012 lastesr Tuesday the 22 February 2021. I had not heard from anyone at Ford Umhlanga ever since. I then called Ford customer care ever since Wednesday the 23 February 2021 and still I have not been updated.
Hi I have purchased a twisp Que from discem. The device has a problem. I have taken it to discem and they have advised that i take it to the twisp outlet. I have taken it to the twisp outlet at gateway and the black gentlemen could not help me. This is not my first comolaint against twisp. It is now my second. Im completely not satisfied with the results i get from the twisp outlet in gateway ever. Please have a look into this and assist. Twisp has now, not only selling products that not work properly and also the customer service is the worst ever. Kind Regards
I have purchased 2x twisp ques from the twisp store at gateway on the 06/02/18. It came with 3xpods with each starter packs. Out of 6 pods, only 3xpods worked. Ive been back to the twisp store in gateway to query as to why the pods are not working and the answer was that the 3xpods that come with the device are testers. I have emailed twisp on the 11/02/18. They sent me an email stating that someone will contact me within 24hours. Nobody has contacted till now. Ive email them again today. And still had no joy. Please kindly assist.
