19 Feb 2026, 13:35I booked my car in Tuesday 19 February 2026 for a 90 000km service at FORD Paarden Eiland Cape Town. Was suppose to get my car this morning as said by the service manager at the branch, Shardic Nichalson, Today nobody including the branch manager, Tammy not taking my call. I don't know if they are still working on my car - if my car is done - when I'm going to get my car - NOTHING.
Lisa who answered the phone cannot even give me Ford headoffice's number - what poor service and unhelpful.
Spoke to Bryan at Ford call center - he is unable to assist due to me login a query yesterday with regards to Ford Paarden Eiland, Cape Town which over charged me on my service. I must wait for the consultant who helped me yesterday, Melanie Makatu to phone me back tomorrow to give me feedbac,
Bryan... I just wanted someone to contact Ford Paarden Eiland, Cape Town to get feedback on my car's service.
So bottom line - I don't know when I'm getting my car from Ford.
Pathetic service
