Below poor service nobody not even at head office can assist
Hello Peter, Once star is way to much for the POOR service that I am currently getting from FNB. Currently on my FNB app it shows that my FNB funeral plan is in arrears due to my payment MISSED on the 31 December 2025, HOWEVER this premium was deducted out of my account on the 20 December 2025 as per the notice issued in November 2025, on the early payments scheduled over the festive period for December 2025. My FNB profile is currently showing I must make 3 payments before they will reinstate my funeral policy. I just got of the phone with FNB the funeral policy department Tsimo informed me that according to their system my account is in good standing order and that my funeral policy is active. It DOES NOT show on her side that I missed a payment. I should not worry about it. She could not give me a reference number for the call for there is nothing wrong on my account. After a back and forth and insisting I want this fixed and I don't want the message of, " I must make 3 month premium payment to reinstate this account" to reflect on my Funeral plan- Tsimo said I have to fix this with the, Online Banking department. She transferred me to the general banking phone line and had to to through the whole verification process. Eventually when I got to the Online Banking department and the consultant advised me that he is unable to assist me. As the Online Banking department gets there information from the Funeral policy department. Therefor he was unable to assist me, ref no: Rm26010538593 So, at the end of the day NOBODY at FNB was unable to assist me today with this query. What poor service. So who is working at FNB 05/01/2025 today? The consultants are just pushing their customers around from one person to another without helping them. The bank that I bank with them, themselves is giving their customer a bad credit record due to their bad quality of service. This is having an effect on my credit record with the bank, credit score and Ebucks causing me to miss out on my rewards. Oh wow FNB is this how prevent your customers from their rewards. I would appreciate a response response regarding the actions you will take to address this issue.
